Visiting & Booking
Where are you located?
Find us at 707 E. Peach St., Bozeman, MT 59715. Look for the yellow building and the blue door marked “Pickleball.”
Can guests and beginners play?
Yes. Members, visitors, children, and complete beginners are welcome. Guests can book courts, lessons, and eligible events through public CourtReserve booking without a Drop-In Guest membership.
How do I book a court, and what does it cost for a guest?
Use the CourtReserve website or app, choose your date and time, and add every player. A standard court reservation is 90 minutes, and the guest rate is $66. Review current availability and final fees before confirming.
Does everyone need a waiver?
Yes. Add every participant to the reservation, and make sure each person completes the CourtReserve waiver before playing.
Can we split payment?
Add guests as players so charges can be split. If you’d like to cover everyone, choose Fee Responsibility: Reservation Owner. Review charges before confirming.
How do I enter the building?
Guests receive an access link, while members use their personal code. Access begins 15 minutes before your reservation. No front-desk check-in is required.
What if the door won’t open?
Check your booking time, access window, and link or code. Then call or text (406) 931-0564 with your name, reservation time, and the problem.
What should I bring?
Bring clean, non-marking court shoes or athletic sneakers, water, and a paddle if you have one. Please change into your court shoes when you arrive.
Can I borrow or rent a paddle?
Paddle rentals are available. Beginner clinics and open play have loaner paddles; check your activity description for what’s included.
What amenities are available?
The heated warehouse has four indoor courts with textured acrylic surfaces and permanent nets, plus a changing room, lockers, water, a pro shop, and Volley and Erne ball machines. There are no showers.
Open Play & Learning
I’ve never played—where should I start?
Start with a beginner clinic, private lesson, or beginner-friendly open play. No experience is needed for beginner open play. Explore live options on the Open Play and Clinics & Lessons pages.
Which open-play session is right for me?
Read the live skill and format requirements for each session. Intermediate sessions may use a ladder format, and advanced sessions have their own eligibility.
How much is open play?
Open play is included with all membership tiers. Guests pay $20 per session. Register in advance because spaces are limited; special events may have separate pricing in their listings.

Memberships
What membership plans and prices are available?
As verified September 8, 2026: Classic is $125 per month plus a $100 initiation fee; Young Leader for members under 26 is $60 per month plus $25 initiation; Hero for eligible teachers, veterans, nurses, and first responders is $85 per month plus $50 initiation; Family is $230 per month plus $100 initiation for two adults and eligible children; Premium Court is $300 per month plus $100 initiation; and Corporate is $5,000 per year for up to 10 employees. Review current CourtReserve terms for eligibility and quarterly or annual options.
What is the daily play allowance?
Members have three hours per day combined across open play, private court reservations, and other reserved play. Premium Court members have unlimited play under current plan terms.
What are the Premium Court benefits?
Premium Court includes unlimited play, three free guests per reservation, extended access hours, and additional standing-reservation options. Confirm exact hours and booking windows in CourtReserve.
What is included with Corporate Membership?
Corporate Membership is $5,000 per year for up to 10 employees, with 60-day advance booking. It is designed for recurring company play and team time on court.
Do members receive instruction discounts?
Classic members receive 20% off private lessons and clinics, while Premium members receive 40% off. See current plan terms for other benefits.
What does the Family Membership include, and how do booking windows work?
Family covers two adults plus eligible children. Eligibility, add-ons, and booking windows vary; confirm specific ages and windows in current CourtReserve terms or contact the club.
How do I cancel a membership?
Give 30 days’ notice. Memberships automatically renew after the commitment period; contact the club to confirm the submission method and effective date. This is separate from a court or event cancellation.
Cancellations
What is the court or event cancellation policy?
Members can cancel at least three hours ahead at no charge. Guests who cancel at least 24 hours ahead receive a refund; cancellations made at least 12 hours but fewer than 24 hours ahead receive a credit. For shorter notice or event-specific exceptions, contact the club or check current terms.
What happens if I miss open play?
Each person receives one warning per month. After that, there is a $20 charge for each subsequent no-show that month, for members and guests.
Private & Corporate Events
How do I organize a private or corporate event?
Contact the club with your preferred date, group size, court count, duration, food or social plans, and coaching needs. The club will confirm availability and your total quote. Ninety minutes works well for play; three hours leaves room to socialize.
Can we bring food, drinks, tables, and chairs?
Food and beverages are welcome for private bookings, and tables and chairs are available. Confirm your setup in the event quote.
Can beginners get coaching at an event?
Yes. A one-hour beginner clinic add-on is $150 and typically includes about 15 minutes of group instruction followed by roaming coaching. Custom coaching, round robins, and tournament formats can also be arranged.
How are equipment and extra event fees handled?
Ask for an itemized quote that confirms courts, coaching, equipment, and any facility fees.
Can nonprofits request donated court time?
Donated court requests are considered individually. Contact the club with your event details.
Future Facility & Contact
What is happening with the new facility?
The planned facility at 350 Gallatin Park Drive is targeting June 2027 for new pickleball courts and one indoor padel court to open together. The current 707 E. Peach location will remain open while the new space is prepared. The target is not guaranteed, and padel is not open yet.
