What to Expect

Decide How Long?
We offer many options to accommodate your event length and the size of your party. Unsure on which too chose? We're happy to help.

Reserve the Space
Contact us via phone and we'll coordinate with you on your event timing and how much of our facility you'd like to reserve.

Accessing the Facility
Your group will receive a unique access code which will activate 15 minutes prior to your reservation. We can accomodate you if you'd like to get into early to setup or drop off supplies!

Event Setup
We have tons of parking in our lot for your group! We'll provide paddles and balls at no extra charge. You are welcome to bring outside food and beverages with your private booking

Event Cleanup
At the end of your event we ask that you clean up any food and beverages you brought into the facility. Our team will take care of the courts.
FAQs
Can I bring my own music?
Absolutely! You're welcome to connect to our sound system via Bluetooth. Want to set the vibe before guests arrive? We can get you in early to get the playlist going.
Do you have paddles we can use?
Nope. We have loaner paddles available for rent. That said, if you play regularly, having your own paddle makes a difference. Ask us for recommendations — we’re happy to help you find the right one.
Do I need to know how to play pickleball?
Not at all — beginners are some of our favorite groups! The Game is pretty intuitive which makes it great for events. We can provide a quick rundown of the basics so everyone feels comfortable on the court from the start.
Can we bring our own food, drinks, and balloons?
Absolutely! Bring your people, your favorite beverages, snacks, costumes, and food — we've even got catering recommendations if you need them. Tables and chairs are available, and we'll take care of the rest.
How many courts can I reserve?
We can reserve anywhere from one court to the entire facility depending on your group size and needs. Not sure how many you need? We're happy to help you figure out the right fit.
Is there a minimum group size?
Nope! Whether it's a small team outing or a big birthday bash, we'll work with what you've got.
What if we run long?
We get it — good times don't always stick to a schedule. Reach out to us in advance and we'll do our best to extend your reservation if the facility allows.
Can we take photos and videos?
Go for it! We love seeing groups have a great time. Tag us if you post — we'd love to share it.
Is the facility accessible?
Yes! Our facility is accessible and we're committed to making sure every guest has a great experience.
What's the cancellation policy?
Life happens. Give us a call and we'll work with you — we just ask for as much notice as possible so we can open the slot for other groups.
