Decide How Long?
We offer many options to accommodate your event length and the size of your party. Unsure on which too chose? We're happy to help.

Reserve the Space
Contact us via phone and we'll coordinate with you on your event timing and how much of our facility you'd like to reserve.

Accessing the Facility
Your group will receive a unique access code which will activate 15 minutes prior to your reservation. We can accomodate you if you'd like to get into early to setup or drop off supplies!

Event Cleanup
At the end of your event we ask that you clean up any food and beverages you brought into the facility. Our team will take care of the courts.
Can I bring my own music?
Absolutely! You're welcome to connect to our sound system via Bluetooth. Want to set the vibe before guests arrive? We can get you in early to get the playlist going.
Do you have paddles we can use?
Ask for an itemized quote that confirms courts, coaching, equipment, and any facility fees.
Do I need to know how to play pickleball?
No experience is needed. A one-hour beginner clinic add-on is $150 and typically includes about 15 minutes of group instruction followed by roaming coaching. Custom coaching, round robins, and tournament formats can also be arranged.
Can we bring our own food, drinks, and balloons?
Food and beverages are welcome for private bookings, and tables and chairs are available. Confirm your setup in the event quote.
How many courts can I reserve?
Contact the club with your preferred date, group size, court count, duration, food or social plans, and coaching needs. The club will confirm availability and your total quote.
Is there a minimum group size?
Contact the club with your group size and event plans so it can confirm the right court setup and quote.
What if we run long?
Confirm your requested duration in the event quote. Ninety minutes works well for play; three hours leaves room to socialize.
Can we take photos and videos?
Go for it! We love seeing groups have a great time. Tag us if you post — we'd love to share it.
Is the facility accessible?
Yes! Our facility is accessible and we're committed to making sure every guest has a great experience.
What's the cancellation policy?
Members can cancel at least three hours ahead at no charge. Guests who cancel at least 24 hours ahead receive a refund; cancellations 12–24 hours ahead receive a credit. For shorter notice or event-specific exceptions, contact the club or check current terms.
